By accessing or using TaliAI (“Tali”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use Tali.

2. Use of the service

Tali is a personal productivity tool designed to help you plan your day, manage events, and track habits. You may use Tali only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Tali is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that Tali will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, or that data stored with Tali will always be available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of Tali or inability to use Tali.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Tali at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the service in a way that may cause harm.

You may stop using Tali at any time. Some provisions of these Terms will continue to apply even after your use ends.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Tali after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
